We created SoHelp to educate users about the negative effects of a high sodium diet on the body. The experience also identifies sodium's presence in various types of food commonly eaten during daily meals.
SoHelp offers alternatives to high sodium foods and takes us inside the body to examine the effects that sodium has on various organs. This educational piece aims to help people achieve a healthier lifestyle and even offers a guided meditation once the experience is done.
Our end client was Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. This experience was designed to test user engagement, evaluating whether patients would complete their mindfulness practice on the schedule that they were supposed to, as well as to examine if users would change their eating habits through the self-empathy they achieved through the experience.
